View Full Version : UI: Lost some shortcuts/key settings

I just reinstalled max 5.1 and now I can't seem to get out of subobject mode anymore. Can't find out why not or where to change it. (As far as I know this should work out of the box).

Pressing the keys 1/2/3/4/5 for a second time would get me out of subobject mode, but now they only get me in, but not out.

Any ideas where I can change this ? Doesn't seem to be an option in the key/shortcut list at all :(

Dear or dear.....max is really starting to annoy me, all those silly things are taking so much time away from my work.

actually that is true for everything (like editable spline and mesh) exept for editable poly sub objects. "6" should get you out of the sub objects.

Try toggling your Keyboard Shortcut Override. That should do the trick.
