CGTalk - Spiderbot Animation

Hi Everyone,

So I had some free time last week and decided to animate my own rig finally. It has been available for maya on highend 3d for some time now. I have two more short anims like this in the works with this guy, here is the first one:

but i think if you make him look more to the ball in the final before explode i thing it will be better
keep...up

I rarely see an animation that is done perfect, I watched it a few times trying to find something to critique but no luck. Very Good job!

I think there should be a bit more reaction to the ball before shooting it. A "surprise" antic if you will. As is, it seems a bit like robot "spidey-senses" the balls location.

Great timing and poses. Love the leg pull up in anticipation as the eye is looking around.
