Well, not THE Robocop, but a robotic cop anyway :)
I´m doing this for an upcoming personal project with different futuristic characters drawn in vectorformats.

I want c&c on everything, but mostly I need advice on colors and backgrund (if I need any, ideas for backdrops etc).

I´m quite new around here, but please be all honest

The crotch/billy-club connection is hilarious:beer: !

The left (bent) arm looks detached from the shoulder, though. Maybe if you hike it up slightly on the shoulder and shorten that portion of the arm, so that the forearm's angle will shift upwards... I think that might do it. Whatever you do - do something.

Love the football helmet styling, and the expression on its face!
Are you gonna show us the other characters as you make them? You should.

One last thing...
CROP that sucker. You're using way too much window space with blank field, which forces one to scroll to see what is really a small image.

Thanks for the comments :)
Hmm...you may be right about the arm, I´ll take another look at it. And the crotch/nitestick is no coincidense, glad you noticed it! Very Clockwork Orange-inspired i guess ;)

Yea, I´m gonna show the other charachters too. This one is my very first try (ever) with a wacom tablet, so the others have a much less "handdrawn" feel...but you´ll see.

Nice, like the cartoon kind of style

Fixed the arms, added some shadows and the background...I think he´s pretty much done now. C&C welcome!

Is he supposed to have 6 finger on his hand?

Thanks!
I´m trying to find the right amount of detail in the shadow...not a plain outline of the robot, it takes to much attetion away, but still I want the shapes to be recognizably...
