This is a motorcycle.
The propulsion system it's kind of electromagnetic field against earth gravity, the magnets in the wheels have different polarity, so spining the wheel it can change magnets direction, then the earth gravity is repealed so the car goes forward, same to stop the car but spining the wells in the other direction.
Huge sphere like shapes in the middle are stabilizers and its doors.
