Hi everybody
made this little character to practise rigging.

i ran badly in trouble with the rig. started with the help of maxtd.com's riggintutorial.

the trouble is, when i'm working on the hand and link the hand_ctrl to the forarm and afterwards link the handbones to the hand_ctrl the hand_ctrl isN't linked to the forarm anymore. when i move the arm_ik the hand stays in plays.
any tips for a workaround are highly appreciated.
