Georgios released his first short, 'theros', some years ago and have recently followed up with an equally thought-provoking brief production titled 'erebus'. He shows how he created the models and goes through the workflow for CGSociety. Click the image.

Hey George! Amazing work my friend. I really like how brilliantly you use your technical knowledge to create such artistic pieces of animation. There is a true artist inside you man. Looking forward to meet you in person ( before another big studio grabs you!) :p

P.S: When Angelos told me you plan to bike all the way to Greece i thought you were mad...but after I looked through your blog , I just realised that nothing is impossible, you just need a goal. Keep rockin man!

I've always LOVED you're Theros piece. Your style is very inspirational and definitely a great contrast to the pixar copy cats and super realism work that seems to pollute the cg animation world.

I was really excited to see you have done new piece and it is so well put together it made my jaw drop. Keep up the great work!

This is so inspiring, and really builds a story as you see the whole thing through. I love this field haha. Amazing piece.

on a different note, what made you want to travel Europe? I've always wanted to do the exact same thing and am constantly surprised how many animators I've found that have done it.
