Anyone know a workaround (other than the obvious.. using photoshop) for Painters weird Dodge/burn utility?
This is a tool that I would like o actualy USE and is the only reason I need to keep going back to photoshop for..
Painters dodge/burn tools shift the hue of the color especialy when ya use it on an area you airbrushed..
it's just kinda unusable as it is.

any ideas?

Well, I really thought the Dodge/Burn tool in the Photo drawer was the same as the Photoshop ones...in fact I used them and noticed no difference.

I guess you could play with the layers to achieve the effect, but obviously, if you don't like the Dodge/Burn Painter shows by default you could either:

1.- Tweak its parameters (well, it is Painter's most powerful feature, isn't it?)
2.- Continue going forward and back from PS to Painter...

Yes, I know this hasn't been too helpful
