I tried a six second animation with the new free A/O
plugin using C4DXL7.3.3
the render time was 34 hours!!:surprised

the good news is it was rendered on an ancient MAC G3 tower
300MHZ processor:blush:

So you guys with REAL cpu's should do well with animations using
This cool new plugin:D

anyway ya thats nice but 34 hours???? whoa thats alot seems like radiosity might be faster.

Hmm nice anim, but hard to see the ao-effect. Could've been a good lighting setup also.

I did a 50frames (2sec) anim test with my car (400x224) rendered in under two hours. C4D's avi compression messed up some things though.

I plan to do a rather large anim with my car (composited) in the future. If I can find the time that is (exam year is very busy :shrug: ).
