Currently I try to achieve kind of a car paint shader. Reflective clear coating with reflective base material. Reflectivity is different on both materials. Upper material has a roughness of 0%. Lower material a roughness of 100%. When I try to mix both shaders with a group mask of 50%, Modo doesn't mix both material results, but instead mixes the values of both materials to create a new one. This makes impossible to achieve a car paint material like I would create it e.g. in LW. Is there a way to do this in Modo?

Cheers

That's how I would expect the material to look like. Both material are mixed 50/50.

Above are the base material, the coating material and the way Modo layers/mixes them. The roughness turned to 50% and the reflectivity is although between both single materials. That's not how I want it.
