View Full Version : Vue terrain to Mudbox
AntoniaH 04-03-2010, 11:34 AM Hello,
I have several terrains created in Vue 7 all with different rock textures/materials. I would like to know if I can bring the colour map file and bump map files into Mudbox please? The obj terrain comes in just lovely.
I have seen a tutorial for bringing in terrains and material maps into Zbrush.
Thank you experts, Antonia x

yes you can, if you have the color/bump maps from vue7 you can click on your object and on the paint tab to the right, right click and import your texture maps. upon import you will be asked what type of map you want, bump,diffuse,normal..etc
note: your mesh must already have UV layed out.

I don't have Vue, but if it support FBX, you can do that as well
