How to use diffuse texture in conjunction with mip_grayball??..I mean,i have one helicopter model with having mip_grayball shader(Blin) & i want to stick some sticker map on that ..but diffuse slot is already filled with mip_grayball then wht to do???????????

You can't
think of the grayball as a "projection" from the camera on the object..
it's not follwoing the mesh UVs at all.. so it will not respect something like that
