It's based off an actual phone made by Sony. Take it up with them.

For starters you could set the Anti-Aliasing to prodution quality or something like that, I'm not familiar with XSI products so I wouldnt know exactly how(search the help files for anti-alising)

By doing this you would get a much soomther Image, as for reflections and such try checking the matterials attributes, usualy they are self explanatory (or almost).
