For those who were interested in the zr24w, it is now available. Unfortunately, the rumored price at $425 seems to be their promo pricing for people who buy it now. I'm still holding out on reviews for this monitor though.

I took the plunge to take advantage of a $409 price (including shipping) from cost central. (mostly because it is literally the ONLY monitor that is sRGB, 1920x1200, and IPS-panel, other than the much more expensive 2490wuxi)

I probably won't receive it for a little while, but when I do I'll try to snap some photos and do a quick review.

Someone from hardocp contacted HP about the promo pricing and they said it will last from 3 to 6 months.
