drawallday 09-06-2003, 06:57 PM I recently bought the book and started learning though it. I am wondering how well other people follow this book.
Let me know please ;)

For experienced Maya users... it's great.

I thought it was a great read personally. I'm in the process of making blend shapes now, so I can't comment much further than that though.
I'm very much looking forward to setting up a similar ui since it's easily the best option I've seen for factial animation yet.(*disclaimer* I'm still in college so I haven't seen a whole lot, but this is much, much better than middle-mouse drag attributes)
It's definitely a resource I'd recommend in any case.

Yes... it gives you a very good idea what to expect in face modeling and animation.
