This is second in the series of Black and White illustrations i did for upcoming release of domestic translation of the Rudyard Kiplings "Jungle Book" (Here sepia added for the mood).
This is scene idyle : teachings of Baloo, with Mowgli and Bagheera. wip thread: http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?f=43&t=852079 . Main tools used for those pieces are Wings3d and Blender. Heavy postprocessing done in Photoshop, and heavy overpainting.

Hey Nenad! Your coloring & painting style is amazing. I like your style on this one specially the monochromatic coloring. You have an exceptional style.

You are doing web design ? Me too... im working during the day at design company, and those illustrations are done freelance overnight :) :( It is often a hard and sleepy work... !

I really like all your Jungle book stuff. the bear here turned out great. Great illustrative approach to 3D.
