I have new problem, im not able to aply Alfa to take result like in Cinema4D.
When i aply alfa i will get this result.

On cube i have yellow material and then i alpy second materila with alpha. So somethnig is transparent (cube stay yellow) and something take white colour.
But im not able to teke this result in XSI :-(

I need moore first result - i have space ship floor - so i have panels with holes, but when i model it my scene start to need big disk space and it slowes my computer. If i im i cinema i use alpha to get similar result (like with plane on image)

This is what i need (panels with holes are modeled)

So kube is orange and how look alpha_test_tga?
is it image with image+alpha? or just image?

In cinema4d i use this method.
I use jpg image - yellow triangle - as colour and then i use the same triangle but black as alpha an i will get only yellowtriangle

And other thing, in cinema im able to see this: (cube have no colour - only alpha and cubic mapping)

but in XSI i see it only in render region :-(

You can use the same method in XSI also. Either use the 'alpha' image to control the weight in a mix2color, or have the alpha as a channel in your color image and check the "Multiply weight by alpha" option

Apply the alpha image to the transparency attribute of your shader

but in XSI i see it only in render region :-(

Dunno why this is happening... have you tried increasing the ray depths ?

Yes, ray depth only affects the render, not the viewport. To see the tranparency in the viewport, create a real time shader node:

nodes-->real time-->alpha transparency

and connect your image with alpha channel to the texture input in the OGL2DT node(use the orange clip node, not the green image node) Then use the realtime viewport mode to see the transparency. You can use the same image through a pick_channel node to drive the transparency also so it will show up in the render.

Thanks for that.
