Well at least that got you to look... ;P

It is a vehicle of my own design and I am looking for critique on it...
Also on the paint shader and the chrome on the wheels, the tire material I haven’t spent any time on, also there is no interior yet, but I’m working on that.

Anyway here it is so far... any help or suggestions are ALWAYS welcome :)

Anyway tell me what you think.

Nothing? Not a peep not a murmur, no thoughts is it perfect so nothing to fix?... is it so awful that you can't begin to tell me...

I need help getting the paint right, I’m refining the body, and building the interior but I wanted help getting the paint to look more realistic...

I don't think I mentioned software but 3dsmax 4, with occasional bouts of Brazil rendering when I have the time (it takes forever, looks great but takes 10 times longer)

Anyway hope to hear something... here is a G.I. render of what it looked like today,

Oh are there any paint tutorials out there with the theory of how paint reflects, not just "these are my settings to get a good effect” I don't know how to state that but I think you get the idea... I hope.

It is a small 1-seater sports car (if that wasn't already obvious)

Not sure if it was noticed but the video in the title of the thread is found by clicking on the top image (the first one I posted)

It's way too smooth. I don't care much for the overall design, it's not something inspiring to me.

Nice modelling and everything but it just lacks something. Some detailing would be nice, such as panels and a full cockpit. Also needs some brakes and axles/suspension for those wheels.

Keep at it and keep us updated.
