Hey guys I am glad to show my first animated video-clip. It was an exercise in the third semester and we had to design a transformer and composite it into video footage. I decided to create a little story.
I hope you enjoy it.

Looks really good man!
just a couple of critiques if you are interested in taking some

1. the shot where the camera spins around is a cool idea and a good look at the bot but the background just doesnt work, a worms eye view and a slow spin with clouds in the bg would look cool too and be easier to do maybe?
2. there needs to be more up and down motion on the root of the robot when he is running.

Otherwise its awesome man!

thank you for the replies. yes i am not at all satisfied with the runcycle but the time runned out and when you do a project alone it is really hard to do everything perfect. i hope i will do the next animations better. at first i wanted to use mocap data but i didnt get it work right and had problems to import it into maya. so i decided to make a keyframe animation which was my first runcycle but i am convinced that the next runcycle will be better.
