Anyone know if there is a good program for Windows 7 that can group all pinned taskbar programs into a 1 button popup menu? So it would act like a quick launch style popup menu for launching programs. I also want to be able to add programs to it by "pinning" and to retain the Windows 7 right click menu for the pinned programs. Something like this...

Might not be exactly what you need but give it a try:
right-click on the taskbar; select "Toolbars:New toolbar..."
create a folder like "Applications" or whatever and select it as your new toolbar. then put all your shortcuts into that folder.
Not as pretty but maybe what you need.

If you're looking for fast selection of programs, you might want to try a program called Launchy.
