CGTalk - Sky and FG gone

Hi I have been very happy with the results by Vue and Maya....

However in one case, how do you turn off the Vue Sky and also turn off the FG from the Sky. I want to use my own FG solutions.

in c4d you can use the render settings tab file>options. not sure if maya is setup the same.
