View Full Version : collapsing bitmaps? :-s

hi
i have a question
i have an object with multiple mat ids and each id is unwrapped separately (each material is using it's own bitmap).
is there a way to "collapse" all the bitmaps into a single one so that the object will only use one bitmap?

PS.
I'm using 3d max 2009

Check the "Render To Texture" feature.

thanks for the replay
i've checked you're cool tutorial page (especialy the tutorial regarding quadrants) but it's not helpfull enough because some materials are wrapped using unwrap uvw and some with uwv map so it's pretty messy.
i should probably try and remap all mats
