very cool...love seeing the Phi ratio in action...reminds me of how everything in nature has a growth algorithm...the original software in action...

Exactly
Wonder why?:)
Mmm maybe no crashes

Looks like he used modo for modeling and C4D for its procedural animation abilities.

Yea, looks like all the animation and rendering was done in C4D. Looks like the dragon fly was Modo. Does he have an english translation. Would love to read up on the specifics of each app. He seems to be an expert in C4D's Expresso too! :applause:

As much as you gentlemen enjoy your C4D, this is an EIAS forum. Please keep the negative EIAS comments restrained please.

Hi Brian,
I dont think we preferred the slowness of C4D against the speed of Camera we have talk about this endless times, these is simple a combination of the tools put to work Modo,C4D and any other but his ART remains regardless of the tool he used.
But i will think that is not the hardesd part of his emotional video but the research behind it, as i have done some Fibonacci videos before and is really a complex and laborious theme to work with he has shown me that he is able to digest these complexity and layer them out, fantastic work hats down!! :applause:
Excelente obra maestra Cristobal felicidades desde Singapore.
Excellent master piece Cristobal congrats from Singapore.

I actually thought the "maybe no crashes" comment was a stab at modo, since Cristóbal has been using modo lately. And nothing — seriously nothing — crashes with the frequency of modo.
But Cristóbal seems to be unfazed by crashy apps. He quite literally masters them all regardless.

Hi Mark,
Yeah i have experienced several crashes with Modo fighting back and forth with the shader tree usually with EIAS is not Animator that crashes guess is some very awesome plug ins that makes the app unstable, doing EIAS animations along with Paralumino line up hasnt given me any problems so far.
Camera Mapping being its forte handling a vast amount of textures and implementing few elements here and there, at this time i am not doing any Camera Mapping jobs mainly 3dGeneralist/Comp so now i need an app that is very fast at setting up .
So nope that was not intended to harm any app but a constructive problem of the reality/facts of things.

Ok.. sorry about the rant. To me it just came across as...Look Cristobal uses C4D now... and why is that? Fewer crashes! Since Cristobal is an EI user, I assumed you were talking about EI crashing, not Modo. My bad.
Either way though...I guess we shouldn't imply that about any software package. It only invites flame wars.
