Great work, those laces must have been a nightmare to model, how did you do them? I wanted to do an animation of someone tightning laces on some shoes that i did but it was such a pain with collision and linking i cut to the arms instead. I know it sounds odd but tieing and tightning is one of the most challanging sbjects i can think of to animate.

Snazzy shoes
I like the worn surface of the toe area and the discoloring of the material below the lace rings. The color scheme also has a unique 'kid' feel to it. My only gripe would be to add something to the laces so that they don't look so smooth and new, it would help blend them with the shoe's surface. Unless those are new laces you just installed ;)

Wery nice shoes, maybe you could try to put the areas of wear in those places where shoes normally get worn..
Now it seemes like they are worn equally all around..

Oh, good. I like the materials and the image in general but i think the strings material is too plastic. Work on
