View Full Version : Per's MographToNulls with Selection

Per's MographToNulls Xpresso/Coffee tag is a little wonder. Huge thanks Per.
However I have found that it does not work as well as expected when the Mograph object is limited to a selection. When using a poly selection to limit the distribution of instances, the nulls generated by Per's set up do not match the distribution.

Please see attached.

There is a deadline looming, so any help would be appreciated.

The problem is even more evident when the Cloner is set to Surface.

Unfortunately there seems to be a bug in the mograph data node, it is outputting wrong or duplicate positions of the clones when using selections. Tested in R11 and R11.5. I've reported it to Maxon.
