CGTalk - Is Fizz still available?

After seeing some of the cool tests that JeremyW has posted on his site using Fizz I am keen to try it out. After searching high(hisoft.com) and low for it , I am at a loss to find the sucker.
Is it still available anywhere and does it actually work with v8.1?

You can probably tell that I have yet to buy thinking particles :hmm:
