I keep the wacom pen pressure at zero when i sculpt in zbrush, because i like to keep a constant brush size. Are there any advantages to sculpting with pen pressure on with an intuos 4 tablet? When i used to try with the pressure enabled, my brush strokes were very uneven and it drove me crazy.

the advantage is dynamic control over brushes, otherwise it would just be a mouse
