I downloaded the md3 export plugin from a www.quakerally.com.

I tried to export a file and I have this error message:

Here is the error meessage:

Current File: D:/Work/MAYA/Projects/CompGame/scenes/ship.mb
Warning: Maya file was not found under a projects/ directory. Texture names might not be correct.
Game Directory:
Write Directory: D:/Work/MAYA/Projects/CompGame/

Stripify: 1

Verbose: 1

Write cfg: 1

Error: Missing tag_head!

Alrighty. There are two things I do not get here:

1)D:/Work/MAYA/Projects/CompGame/scenes/ship.mb
Warning: Maya file was not found under a projects/ directory. Texture names might not be correct.

D:/Work/MAYA/Projects/ is my default porject directory. CompGame is my current project. Is it saying that my scene file should not be located in scenes, but instead in CompGame?

2)Warning: No animation info found, writing current frame only.
Error: Missing tag_head!

I only want the stupid model written, no animation. What is a tag_head? Never heard of it!

Thanks!
