hi

this is one of my characters. i was mostly interested in skinning and rigging. what do you think about clothing? any ideas. the anatomy is stylized. I was trying to model him with an average build but still visually interesting, like a muscle bound type. its a subdiv in maya4. there is also a short animation test.

cheers :)

Very cool style. Especially the ribcage and back muscles. You could consider putting a little more of that style into the legs, which seem a little boring. I'm not sure about clothing, the loincloth looks fine. Good work though.

Your modelling is very clean...I like that...The rigging seems pretty good too in the animation!!
Your clothe just need a little more thickness!!

thanks for input folks.

Gilgamesh: i agree with you about the legs. Im trying to figure out a way to get the calf and shin to be more apparent but still be not bulky. In my next model i guess.

stipen: thanks for looking at the animation. maya cloth is driving me crazy! i cant get the solver scale right it keeps freaking out after about 120 frames.
