IMO the weapon seems to be more intresting than your character, and the dof tries to bring the character out... :) Am I keen on weapons? Maybe... :D

Some more sane critiques: The womans expression is kinda wierd, like she is surprized, or just bored, or I don't know exactly... Maybe this is whats bothering me. Oh, and another thing: the refraction of the eye in the visor: it makes this picture quite funny...
The grain looks cool, one thing I like best about CG DOF, ...

I like the gun too (big guns rox0rs) but the only thing i dont like is that the hair is really low poly, esp compared to the rest of the image. you can see all the joints in it, which buggs me. cool otherwise.
