Nice. This is one of the projects I'm most eager to watch next year. Zemeckis and Hanks, how can you go wrong. I didn't know it was coming out Nov 2004, I thought Sony might have tried Summer or Thanksgiving.
Apparently the film is gonna have a stylized look like the book. All parts were filmed via mocap and bluescreen. Apparently Imageworks is doing some amazing stuff, kinda like how What Dreams May Come was so stunning.
