ease out/in a rotating box

I think the easiest way to accomplish what you are looking for is to play around with the the curves using the curve editor. This will allow you to adjust the ease in/ease out values of your keys. If you look in the "user help" in Max and do a search for "ease curves" it will show you some basic steps to achieve what you're looking for.

yes, i added an ease curve in the track view...
but i didn't saw any point to play with...
