You have 35mn for your sketch. IF you go beyond the assigned time limit , you have to post WHATEVER you have done after the time has expired, along with the FINAL drawing.
NEW RULE: You may also re-post a copy of your finished drawing a this forum:

Post only your FINAL piece on this thread, based on the topic on the thread.
Only final pieces can be posted on the thread. They must have been done AFTER the topic has been announced.
RESOLUTION : The image can have any aspect ratio up to 800 x 600
They can be done on any medium.
If you wish, you can a dd a brief text description about your piece.
Only original compositions. No "tributes" or plagiarizing, unless is it an integral part of the challenge.
You can post an entry at anytime for the topic presented on this thead BEFORE the voting thread for THE WEEK has been posted.
The artist also has to post total length of time it took and program used.
Any piece caught breaking the rules will be taken off the thread.

what does it mean "the titan"?? in german, it have several meanings.. can anyone explain it?

I'd guess he is referring to the titans of the greek mythology (http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Titan_%28Mythologie%29) - but I think you should choose the meaning you want to paint ;)

btw, cool paintings so far! I hope I'll find the time to try one, too :)

Hello CgTalk,

Here is my Titan sketch.
Story:Earth spaceships approaching Saturn's moon Titan to begin the terraforming process.

you could go from the greek titans to football titans, through mafia titans.. phew, there's quite a lot to mention.

Creeto - I like the way you included both the Mythical and the Planet Titan references.
Very nice!

DanBrush - really like the space scene and brush strokes.. Seems like you've had a lot of experience at sketching epic scifi art

anatomy to me is the most interesting fun thing to draw/paint and sculpt. it's just endless. keep at it. just a small fix on your sketch, the nipples are way too high :P
