Hello everyone!
I have written a little helper plugin that will sort your multi-pass image sequences into sub folders, thus getting a much cleaner folder structure.
Also it makes deleting, replacing or copying specific passes much easier and you can simply drag the resulting folders into After Effects to import them as image sequences.
I find it pretty useful so I thought I'd share.
Further instructions are included in the zip -> http://www.kollender.com/plugins/SeqSort.zip
Cheers,
Johannes
*UPDATE*
I finally had the time to make my little plug non-modal, so you can now continue working while the sequences are sorted in the background. It's not production tested like the previous version and so far I've only run it on a PC, but from what I've seen so far everything works as expected.
Feedback is greatly appreciated!
