I'm wondering what is your workflow in deep paint? Do you export all object to deep paint (paint it) and export to your 3d aplication or you only export maps and there you put them on object. I'm asking cause DP is working on mesh and I want still have in my 3d app poly object.

I've used DP only a few times. Each time, I've opted to export the channels and slap them on appropriately in Max.

Two main reasons:
1. I don't like how DP exports the channels and bundles them. I don't even like how DP interfaces with Max. I can be a real freak about some things, so I just do it all manually.
2. I like to see the raw channel/map on the model. For example, a specular level map. I want to see the raw map and not the "end result" that DP shows.

So, my workflow goes something like this:
1. Export the object to 3ds or obj.
2. Import into DP.
3. Paint on the colour channel even though I'll be using it for a different map. Just a rough to hit the major areas and mark some of the details.
4. Export the channel.
5. Polish the map(s) with PhotoShop.
6. Slap it together in Max.

I polish with PS because I'm not that great with DP's tools, and I'll probably never bother because DP was just a try-out with me. Not that I have anything againt DP, mind you. It's a bit too pricey and I don't really want to take the time to learn the in-and-outs of yet another "heavy" program.
