Concept:
Headless Mule/Mula-sem-Cabeça (Brazilian folklore):

A woman who had sex with a priest becomes a headless mule as a punishment.

- Your color is always brown or black;
- Has no head, but a torch of fire in place;
- She rides in seven villages throughout the night to find someone to burn your eyes, nails and fingers.

Like your first concept image, the mule design has a cool surrealist touch ( and all the image, like it !! :D)
