Is there a way to connect the worldspace values to another node?

Example:
instead of doing something like...
connectAttr locator1.tx multiDivideNode.input1X;

....I would like to do....
connectAttr locator1.worldspaceX multiplyDivideNode.input1X;

have a look at the node reference docs for locator, and you shall find your answer. you are very close!
