Is there any method to excluding the environment when I doing render?

In the render options check ignore indirect lighting on plants, if that doesn't work you will need to open every material for each plant and check ignore atmosphere.

Might be easier to render out a multi-pass and take care of it in post.

If you are using xstream you can turn off the atmosphere.

What elements are in the scene?
