I like the third one best. Hes cool. The first one look's a little stiff. Is he standing with his arm's up, hands in fists and facing himself? Also are his weapon's swords strapped to the back of his hands?

The second one is drawn well. To make him look like the younger maybe you could shave his face or let him grow a scrawny mustache or goatee.

Exactly. His swords are strapped with a cord of leather to the back of his gloves. And he is showing us how dread they are ;)

Actually, he is wearing a metallic mask on his face. And what you took for a beard is the shadow on the bottom of this mask. ;)
