View Full Version : MAYA how do I apply textures with ALPHA CHANNEL?
drawallday 08-29-2003, 06:01 PM In Maya, applying textures with apha channels doesn't seem straightforward like it's done in adobe photoshop and especially those FPS game level editors. How do I apply a cage texture with black alpha between the bars on a flat surface? I want the black parts to disappear.

Inverse your cage map. The white knocks out not the black.
