not sure if this is best place to put this but there's no WIP forum for motion pieces so here ya go.
working on this (1.8mb QT) (http://www.tangentoriented.com/hobbit/hobbit01.mov) for the vfxtalk monthly vfx challenge, its to create a 20-second title sequence for a ficticious "The Hobbit" film done by Peter Jackson and co. this was created with after effects 5.0 and photoshop 5.5, i'm also working on a 3d ring element using the 3d toolkit from DVgarage that will come from inside the "o" in Hobbit and zoom out at the camera.
looking for a few fixes, the map's scroll is a bit jerky, is there any way to smooth that out? so far its just two position keyframes on the map element. any other crits and comments welcome as well, thanks.
