The 9/11 stuff looks great (as do the rest of your mattes).

I was kind of suprised how well the rough Pentagon image worked in the background of the live plate. It's amazing how little detail the human brain needs to actually read something as being real.

Actually thats what I like about mattepaintings and impressionistic painting. You find a way to cheat on your own brain. Very interesting.

BTW, I really need C&C. I think that quality of it is not that good, but it got accepted anyway. I would really like to get some comments on that matter, on how to improve those mattes.

I cant give you any tip to how improve those mattepaintings but for sure I can tell you that they are great and nice color corrections.
Since I'm not into matte stuff I was wondering, how did you get rid of the blue key on the ground reflactions in WHITEHOUSE - WESTWING?

Thanks alot. Its basically a blue color surpassion that you apply to areas that have exessive amount of sertain color. Its a part of keying, and can be found in any software that does blue/green keying.

Hmm..i dunno..but I dont see glow refflection to lady on the right side, if the ball acts as light source then it should be reflected to her neck, bottom side face and a bit on her chest (IMHO)..

Very nice work.

In the wide of the pentegon, the pipes that stick up bug me somehow. I think it is particularly at the top of them, where they have the dark window behind them.

Jockomo : Yeah, the pipes look bad. In the end compositing they are covered by smoke, so I didnt bother redoing them. Thenx for pointing that out!
