For some reason the my Main Maya window in Maya 5 refuses to obey the windowPrefs.mel file and opens with the main window only halfway down the desktop. If I edit the prefs for it to be any larger it ignores it and saves over with the wrong size when preferences are saved WTF!!!

I deleted the enter prefs folder and it still comes up halfsized! Are there are places where window sizes are stored??

Nevermind.. nView was storing the window placement
