CGTalk - My new wacom cintiq

Hey guys I recently got my new cintiq 12wx from ebay for $530 so i think its a great deal. So my question to you guys is, I have dual monitors already how would i be able to add the cintiq in addition to those two or would I need to take one of the monitors down? i only have one video card with dual dvi outputs, would i need a dual dvi to one dvi converter and connec t one monitor and the cintiq to that? let me know if anyhting is possible, Also I have a intuos 4 Medium brand spankin new, that I bought just 1 week ago. PM me if you wanna buy it.

All you need is another video card, if you motherboard supports it.

ok so i dvi splitter with two heads won't work? ill need another smae video card?

yea i mean i have a 9600gt so i would need an identical one?

A DVI splitter will mirror the desktop on both monitors.
Never tried a Nvidia/ATI combo (possible driver conflict?) but I have a 8800gtx and a 9800gt up and running with 3 monitors and a TV.

I mean i dont care if a splitter will split the same image on one of my monitors and the other to the cintiq, thats fine with me.
