Great stuff Mike, specially love your character, did you model it yourself?
Dont quite know "how finished" is your animation, but at times the pose to pose is a bit to linear, even on the quick reactions, although the poses are pretty spot on it feels a bit to "blocky".
I was trying to figure out where the other voice was coming from, but his eyes seem to go from one place to the other without giving much of a clue. And last... I think with such a great and expressive character, it feels like the lip sinc could do with a few more extreme expressions, when he talks his mouth doesnt seem to open enough and what we see mainly is the white of his teeth.

those are just minor things, you've done a great job so far.
