Yes, I know that sounds like the next whiney, girl pants wearing, boyband, but I assure you, there is no relation to "Bullet for my Valentine."

It's actually the name of something I did this morning. It's the first thing I've done without a tutorial. I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me on it. On the ridge on the bullet, spikes came out when I beveled it in. I cut them out, but it's still not very smooth. Not sure what to do with it.

All constructive criticism is welcome, of course. But my main issue with it is the ridge. From this angle you can see where it comes to slight points. Thanks in advance, and I can't wait till I can do something that's good like the rest of you :P

Not much to say to your model. Nothing too spectacular. Hang in there...

Obviously, you have to bevel the edges of your bullet instead of beveling the vertices as you probably have done.

The edges? I actually beveled polygons. Thanks for the advice, I'll try that next time :D

Make sure your polygons are quads (4-sided) where that's happening. It's kind of hard to see without either the model or a larger picture of the problem.
