Hi everyone,
This is my second post today so you can guess things are going well!
I have set up a scene using various billboards of textures using transparency maps in a southpark 2D style.
I am encountering a problem with the render when more than 3 or 4 images are on top of each other. When 4 layers are on top they interact as they cross over to knock out that area to reveal transparency. I am unsure as to why this is happening.
I have encountered a similar problem a while back with a city scene full of imported models, partitions, layers and shared shaders but in this scene it is simply blinn grids with textures. There are no layers, groups or passes set up.
It is simply a scene full of textured grids....no-more.
Could someone please advise me on a possible reason/solution to this problem (currently I am considering layers and FX tree).
Thanks
chris
