The greatest repository of written (X)SI tutorials is the classic website maintained by Ed Harriss, most of it written for older versions, but that shouldn't pose too much of a problem as most of the older stuff is still available in one form or other within newer Softimage versions: http://www.edharriss.com/
Another nice set of tutorials (again written): http://caffeineabuse.blogspot.com/
On the topic of ICE: on the Autodesk Area there is a
series of video tutorials by Craig Slagel:
http://area.autodesk.com/tutorials?word=ice+training+session&where=1&software=14&tutotips=&level=
XSI tips and tricks and Softimage production series are IMHO by far the best
intro to XSI (errm,Softimage).
I think you'll find them, and bunch of other tutorials for free, here:
REDI VIVUS (http://www.redi-vivus.com/index4.php)
But you'll have to wait for some time,or not.

I suggest you dig somewhere softimage production series DVDs and tips and tricks,
those are treasure.

There are several here:
http://www.vast.ws/resources/xsi/tutorials/tutorials.html
They are for older versions of the product, but very good for new users. Nice quick layout to get to what you want to learn.

The VAST resource is a very good one, but it isn't available outside of the US, I believe...

Yep I couldn't get into it, however there are some very nice tutorials on the Area (http://area.autodesk.com/tutorials?tf=15&where=1&software=14) as well for any n00b like me :)
