Hi there, glad to see more people taking up 11 second club :-)

I think you need to learn more about posing, timing and silhouettes. Your animation is very robotic. It might be an idea to find the story-telling poses you want to tell, sketch them out with the line-of-action and see how they compair to yuor current ones. i think you'll find that your current one have the guys moving mainly in one direction at a constant rate. You need to be the master of posing, timing and the graph editor. Don't be afraid to use reference either, a webcam or mobile phone are great tools for animators.

I'd advise you pick up one of the many animation books out there like Animator's Survival Kit or Timing for Animators, both of which would help you. Good luck with your entry!
