Intel is looking to take Prescott to 3.8 GHz in the 2nd quarter in 2004. (Maybe as early as May?) With 4Ghz by the 4th quarter.

makes sence, i guess back when the 2g came out it proved that the power or cpu's doubles every 18 months.
