Hi,

I moved the pole vector, and I would like to rotate back the chains with the twist option. I don't want to animate the pole vector, just move. The trouble is that I don't know the exact angle of the pole vector rotation to apply it for the twist. I want to rotate the pole vector 90 degrees, but the cylinder of the solver is not parallel with top view.
How can I measure the exact rotation?
Thank you

I am assuming you are trying to implement the no flip knee option. I use the following script to get the rotation value when the joints are not lining up exactly
